This privacy notice (Privacy Notice or Verona Privacy Policy) governs the collection, use, disclosure, transfer or otherwise processing of your personal information by Verona Jupiter Private Limited (us, we, our, Company) in connection with the following services offered by the Company:

When you avail our Services, we may collect some information from you. By accepting the terms of this Privacy Notice, you hereby expressly provide your consent to us for the collection, usage, disclosure, transfer and otherwise processing of such information in the manner outlined in this Privacy Notice.
Although we want as many people as possible to enjoy our creation, you have to be at least 18 years old to use the App and participate in Verona Experiences or make any use of the Services. Verona does not knowingly collect any information about or market to children, minors or anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a child, minor or anyone under the age of 18 has registered with us and provided us with personal information, we will take steps to terminate that person’s registration. Please contact the Grievance Officer via email (details provided below) to notify us immediately.

You may choose to provide your Aadhaar information to us for identification purposes. However, please note that this is not mandatory, and you may provide alternative identification documents such as Driver’s license, PAN card, Voter’s ID or passport. If you voluntarily choose to provide your Aadhaar information to us, you hereby expressly provide your consent to the collection and processing of your Aadhaar information by the Company for the purposes of identity verification and acknowledge that such Aadhaar information was voluntarily provided by you and may be shared with third-party service providers for the purpose of verifying your identity.

We may also use the various categories of information listed above, where necessary for one or more of the following purposes:
You have the right to (a) access and review the information about the processing of your information; (b) seek correction, completion, updating or erasure of your information; (c) have your grievances resolved; and (d) nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of your death or incapacity. All request for any of these rights should be directed to the Grievance Officer (whose details are mentioned below in Section 9) appointed by the Company via email.
We may ask you to take additional steps, including but not limited to re-verifying your account or creating a new account (or any other manner prescribed by the Company), in order to fulfill certain requests. This process may require submitting documentation demonstrating revised personal information, for which fresh verification may be conducted; if re-verification is not feasible, we may suggest deleting your account and creating a new profile to verify the updated data.
We will also inform you if we are unable to delete your information for any reason, particularly in case we require such information to continue providing Services to you or for any of the purposes listed in Section 2 of this Privacy Notice. You will at all times have the ability to delete your account, and if you choose to do so, we will delete all information you have provided to us in accordance with the Verona Privacy Policy, unless we are required to retain it by law.
If you have given your consent for the processing of your information for specific purposes, you can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting the Grievance Officer via email. Please note, however, that this may affect our ability to offer Services to you. In some cases, if we are not allowed to process your information, we may need to terminate the Services we provide to you, which may result in the deletion of your account by us.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint via email with the Grievance Officer (details provided below), and subsequently to the Data Protection Board, in case your complaint remains unresolved.
We have implemented reasonable security measures and appropriate technical and organizational measures in line with legally required standards.
We adhere to industry-standard practices to safeguard personal data and regularly review and update our security protocols to mitigate risks and prevent data breaches. Moreover, access to your personal information is carefully managed within the Company and shared on a need-to-know basis. However, please understand that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur.
The Company will strictly control access to the information and will review such access control from time to time. We will retain and use your information until (a) the purpose of processing such information is achieved, and when the purpose is achieved, such information will be removed from our systems or anonymised; or (b) you withdraw your consent for the processing of such information in accordance with your rights mentioned above.
The Company may retain the information for a longer period if such retention is required or permitted by law.

These Terms are drafted in English and translations may be provided in other languages upon your request. To request a translated version, submit a request via email to the Grievance Officer (details provided below), and if feasible, your request will be addressed within 30 working days of submission.
We may revise the Privacy Notice from time to time. Any such changes will be posted on our website at Verona Privacy Policy. We may need your consent for material updates to this notice.
